Warranty Policy

    1. If the performance of the equipment within the scope of the national "three guarantees" fails within one year and the equipment cannot be used normally due to problems within the scope of the "three guarantees", our company will provide maintenance services for it during the service validity period. (Note: "Three guarantees" means“guarantees for repair, replacement or compensation of fault products”)

    2. Our company only provides this service in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan)

Return and Exchange Services

    1. Moju accepts returns for any reasons within 7 days, but buyers need to ensure that the product is brand new and does not affect secondary sales.

    2. 7-day no reason return does not include the following actions: damage to the product by human factors, missing accessories, and non-online store purchases.

    3. The buyer shall bear the reverse shipping cost incurred by the 7-day no reason return.

    4. If any quality issues are found within 30 days of product purchase, buyers can exchange their orders.

    5. Returns and exchanges must use the original packaging. If the packaging is lost or damaged, making it impossible to transport the product, buyers then need to purchase it from Moju. To avoid your losses, it is recommended to keep the packaging for at least 30 days.

    6. The returned product must include all accessories, and gifts, etc.

    7. For products purchased from channels other than "MOJU Moju Technology" Taobao store and "Moju Technology MOJUTech" Youzan Mall, after negotiation and confirmation by the sales party, Moju is responsible for handling returns and exchanges for users.

    8. The return and exchange application must be confirmed by the Moju after-sales service center before the user can operate the return and exchange. Products that have not been confirmed or do not meet the requirements will not be eligible for the Moju return and exchange policy.

    3. Provide door-to-door services, covering regions above prefectural cities in Chinese Mainland.

    4. Our company's after-sales service network covers a radius of 15 kilometers, and remote fees will be applied to the part of trips that exceeds 15 kilometers.

    Note: The remote fee is a one-way fee, and the transportation kilometers refer to the one-way distance, calculated based on the service network to the customer's home on Baidu Map National Highway.

Non-warranty service

    Not Covered Under Moju Warranty:

    1. Equipment damage caused by human factors (including but not limited to damage caused by squeezing, falling, collision, liquid spilling, etc.);

    2. Damage caused by improper use and maintenance (including but not limited to use for abnormal purposes, abnormal usage environments, incorrect connections, third-party accessories, etc.);

    3. Computer virus, other malicious codes or similar commands destroy the normal functions of the equipment or cause damage or failure of equipment data and programs;

    4. Defects in the appearance of the equipment, such as paint peeling, scratches, fading, and other damages that do not affect normal use;

    5. The serial number of the device sent for repair is altered, missing, unrecognizable, or does not match the serial number recorded at the time of purchase;

    6. Your device was previously disassembled at an unofficial authorized repair store;

    7. You have not repaired at the officially authorized repair point designated by the company or agreed in writing;

    8. Your request to repair the equipment is not within the validity period of the three guarantees service;

    9. Equipment loss due to theft, robbery, etc;

    10. Equipment damage caused by war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, terrorist activities;

    11. Equipment damage caused by administrative or judicial actions;

    12. Equipment damage caused by typhoon, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption or tsunami, nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive pollution;

    13. Natural attenuation of light source brightness;
